Products
Each Hyperion Labs product comes with its own license, which sets out what its owner may do with it. Sigil will be sold on sigilchat.com, under its end-user license agreement and its own privacy policy.
Contract work
Contract development is done under a written agreement, signed by both sides before work starts. The agreement sets out the work and its price, and who owns the result. Unless it says otherwise, it is governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia.

Privacy
This site uses no cookies and no JavaScript. It reaches visitors through Cloudflare, Inc., which processes each visitor's IP address and request to protect and cache the site, under its own privacy policy. The web server keeps a log of requests for running the site and dealing with abuse, and deletes it after 14 days.
Mail to hyperionlabs.rs is hosted by Proton AG in Switzerland. Hyperion Labs keeps correspondence for as long as the matter needs it, and longer only where accounting law requires.
Under Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection, anyone may ask what personal data Hyperion Labs holds about them, and have it corrected or deleted. A complaint can be made to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, at poverenik.rs.
